Committees
Get involved! We ask all ISES AZ members to join a committee for the July through June ISES year. For those that we do not hear back from, we assign you to a committee and welcome your participation. What makes our chapter a successful one is our teamwork. In addition, being a part of a committee is another networking opportunity for you!
Membership Committee
Chair: Rick Benton - Vice President of Membership
Co-Chair: Position Open
Duties include: Membership retention & growth; new member orientation/welcome; membership drives throughout the year; greeting guests at chapter meetings; member care surveys; Student Member Initiative; submitting Gala information to Communications for the newsletter and website.
Programs & Education Committee
Chair: Susan Cope - VP of Programs & Education
Co-Chair: Stephanie Jakymiw - Director of Education
Duties include: Planning and managing all aspects of regular chapter meetings; submitting monthly meeting information to Communications for the newsletter and website.
Communications Committee
Chair: Lyndsay Magre, VP of Communications
Chair: Tempe Ligett, Director of Marketing
Duties include: Creation and distribution of chapter newsletter; website maintenance; press releases; managing branding policies; sponsorship & advertising programs; chapter blog; chapter printing and/or signage
Gala & Awards
Chair: Janet Finden - Director of Zonies Gala
Duties include: Planning our May fundraising & awards gala; obtaining support and donated items; managing the awards program (The Zonies), submitting Gala information to Communications for the newsletter and website.
Community Service & Strategic Alliances
Chair: Nicole Young - Kool Party Rentals
Duties include: Managing chapter's community service projects throughout the year; green initiatives; maintaining the Industry Alliance and related Calendar; submitting Community Service & Alliance information to Communications for the newsletter and website.
Golf Tournament
Chair: Karen May, Director of Fundraising/Golf Tournament
Duties include: Planning our spring fundraising golf tournament; obtaining support and donated items; managing players, sponsorships and tournament set-up, submitting Golf Tournament information to Communications for the newsletter and website
